Meeting Rules

Article 1 – Organisateur

The Lyon Indoor Meeting is organised by the Décines Meyzieu Athlétisme and the Auvergne Rhône Alpes Athletics League.

Article 2 – Le MIL

Le meeting s’inscrit dans le Circuit du Premium Athé Tour de la Fédération Française d’Athlétisme et dispose du label Bronze du Circuit World Athletics Indoor Tour.

Its organization respects the specifications of the FFA, supplemented by the specifications of European Athletics and World Athletics.

Article 3 : Commitment

Pour le pré-meeting et le meeting Élite, Entries are made directly with the organizer of the meeting at contact@meetingindoordelyon.fr

In both cases, Only commitments confirmed by e-mail by the organization will be considered acquired and final..

The move to the appeal chamber for the athletes' scoring is obligatory even if your bib has already been given to you at the hotel or at the reception of the gym.

Athletes and managers are asked to respect the utmost courtesy towards the jury and the team of volunteers.. Interpreters at all positions are able to answer you.

There are no commitment rights and No on-site registration is accepted.

Article 4 : Hébergement, restauration et frais de déplacement

Les athlètes invités pourront être pris en charge à l’hôtel B&B Lyon Nord 4 étoiles – Autoroute A6, Allée du Camping International, Porte de Lyon, 69570 Dardilly pour les nuits du vendredi 23 et samedi 24 January 2026.

La restauration le soir du meeting s’effectuera à la halle pour tous les athlètes.

Le déplacement sera pris en charge pour les athlètes dans le TOP 25 mondial au ranking, sur l’épreuve sur laquelle ils sont rankés, pour un montant validé par l’organisateur.

For other athletes, travel will be covered according to the conditions below and in the case of a Top 8 for Events A and Top 6 for Events B.

• Athletes coming from abroad : Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 250 € (plane tickets, 2nd class train or car).
• Athletes coming from France : Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 150 € (plane tickets, 2nd class train or car).

Article 5 – Medical

Physiotherapists will be present at the hotel on Friday and Saturday during the day to provide appropriate care for the athletes.

Physiotherapists will also be present at the competition site, on Saturday before the start of the meeting and during its duration.

Article 6 – Cash Prize

The prize grid for Elite events is as follows :

Les primes seront versées dans le mois suivant le retour des contrôles anti dopage sur réception de facture, only by bank transfer (Iban to be sent to the organizer contact@meetingindoordelyon.fr).

Les frais de déplacements seront remboursés en fonction des accords mis en place avec l’organisation, et sur transmission de justificatifs.

Passé un délai de 4 mois après le meeting (24 May 2026), les demandes reçues ne pourront plus être prises en charge.
